Updated U.S. Presidents Miniature Cards – FREE Printable (2026)
This year is our first year doing Classical Conversations and we’re learning the U.S. Presidents and their order. I needed something handy and with one President per card so today I’m sharing the U.S. Presidents Miniature Cards – FREE Printable I made up.
UPDATE: Even though we’re no longer actively in Classical Conversations, a sweet reader reached out and asked for an updated set of the U.S. Presidents Miniature Cards that includes the most recent presidents: Trump (45th), Biden (46th), and Trump again (47th). So I dusted off my old files and created a fresh 2025 version!
I tried to stay as true as possible to the official White House portraits. For a few presidents who didn’t have a painted portrait or who served non-consecutive terms (Cleveland and now Trump), I selected appropriate portraits online so every card still looks cohesive and respectful.
Why these cards still work so well with the Classical Conversations Presidents Song
The CC Presidents Song is pure genius — it’s a catchy chant that lists every president in order, repeating the names for those who served non-consecutive terms (you’ll hear “Cleveland… Harrison… Cleveland…” and now “Trump… Biden… Trump…”). The song gets the order into your head, but the miniature cards turn that knowledge into something you can see and touch.
- Lay the cards out on the table while you sing.
- Have your kids line them up in the correct sequence as the song plays.
- Use them as flashcards or a memory game.
The one-president-per-card size makes them perfect for little hands and for matching the song lyrics to the faces. The very last page of the PDF is a handy numbered answer key (because let’s be honest — sometimes Mom still needs a cheat sheet too!).
How to use the cards
- Print on cardstock (or regular paper and laminate).
- Cut them apart.
- Play the Classical Conversations Presidents Song (or any version you love).
- Practice putting the presidents in chronological order — or race to see who can line them up fastest!
